60-day at-home trial
Qualifying devices purchased directly from RevivePulse as of February 16, 2022 may be returned within 60 days of the date of receipt of goods for a full refund and free return shipping. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. This offer is only valid within the Republic of South Africa. Orders of qualifying devices shipped to Military Bases, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, will not qualify for free return shipping and RevivePulse standard return policy applies.

If you would like to initiate a return, please follow the instructions outlined below under ‘How do I initiate a return?’ Product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories within the 60-day trial period. Upon receipt of the qualifying product, RevivePulse will issue a full refund via the original form of payment. All orders are subject to the additional terms outlined below.
Standard Return Policy
All other products purchased directly from RevivePulse may be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt of goods for a refund based upon the original payment method. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. Please keep in mind, we do not cover or reimburse return shipping costs. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, your refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
For all returns, please note the following:
- Exact return addresses will be provided by our Customer Experience Team during the return process.
- Personalized items and items marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
- Items which are damaged or defective may be returned pursuant to Therabody’s Limited Warranty.
- We do not currently accept returns of in-store purchases online.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at RevivePulse’s discretion. If there is a discrepancy between the return policy and procedures printed on the original packing slip and the information provided above, the information provided above governs the return of your www.RevivePulse.org purchase.
