  1. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping. The available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout.

  3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can estimate shipping costs by adding items to your cart and entering your shipping address during checkout.

  4. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders, while expedited shipping may arrive within 1-3 business days. International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing and other factors.

  5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online.

  6. Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we currently only ship from the United States to addresses within the United States and select international countries where we have logistics agreements in place. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to some of our international customers and are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities.

  7. Shipping Damage or Loss: In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or refund promptly.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Revivepulse. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  2. Initiating a Return or Exchange: If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at customer_service@revivepulse.com or through our contact form on the website. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

  4. Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Exchanges will be processed promptly, and replacement items will be shipped out as soon as possible.

  5. Restocking Fee: Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain returns, particularly for items that have been opened or used. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  7. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including gift cards, downloadable software, and personalized or customized products. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
